Abstract

This article presents an innovative experiment in the field of assessing the performance of occupational health services. The study focuses on using the Integrated Global Assessment of Health Systems Performance (IGAHSP), adapted to this specific context. IGAHSP is a comprehensive evaluation method that assesses various aspects of health systems, such as accessibility, efficiency, quality, and equity. Adapting this method to occupational health aims to provide a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the performance of these services. The results of this experiment offer interesting perspectives for the continuous improvement of occupational health and could also be extrapolated to other areas of healthcare.
