Abstract

La (re-)territorialisation des filières peut être définie comme un processus de renforcement et d'institutionnalisation des interactions entre les opérateurs des filières d'un territoire. Ce processus peut soutenir la préservation et valorisation des ressources, la coordination entre opérateurs, les capacités d'innovation et la résilience face aux aléas. Ce processus implique de nouveaux modes d'organisation et nécessite des soutiens extérieurs
