De l'euroïsation des Balkans à l'élargissement de la zone euro à la Croatie : quel rôle des politiques monétaires dans le post-communisme ?

Abstract

L'élargissement de la zone euro à la Croatie en 2023 soulève une fois de plus la question de l'euroïsation des Balkans. Depuis la fin des conflits en ex Yougoslavie, l'introduction de l'euro a été effectuée au Monténégro et au Kosovo dans des contextes politiques très particuliers. Par ailleurs, les politiques économiques qui ont été menées depuis les années 1990 reposent sur des plans de stabilisation macroéconomique dans lesquels les politiques monétaires tiennent une place importante. L'article analyse la question de l'euroïsation des Balkans une employant une méthode comparative.
