Abstract

L'objectif principal de ce projet est d'étudier les effets directs et indirects de la digitalisation sur consommation énergétique à travers la décision de l'action du pouvoir public pour les économies de la région MENA. Plus précisément, nous espérons apporter des réponses aux questions suivantes: •Comment peut-on mesurer le concept de la digitalisation? Comment pouvons-nous justifier la conceptualisation de ces mesures sur le plan théorique? •Quel est le rôle de l'action du pouvoir public d'améliorer l'efficacité des services publics tout en réduisant la consommation énergétique. •Quelle est l'effet de digitalisation sur la création de la richesse de la région MENA ? •Quelle est l'impact de la consommation énergétique sur l'économie de la région MENA ? •Quelles sont les stratégies politiques efficaces de gestion énergétique qui peuvent avoir des effets significatifs dans un contexte de digitalisation sur les économies de la région MENA. La réponse à ces questions nous permettra de disposer d'une base utile pour formuler le modèle conceptuel et les hypothèses de notre recherche.
