Abstract

Les acceptions du concept de compétence sont légion. Cette recherche s'est attelée à proposer une lecture transversale de la compétence entre Sciences de Gestion, Économie et Sociologie afin d'en identifier les convergences et les divergences pour permettre aux chercheurs comme aux managers de mieux appréhender un concept universel néanmoins complexe à appréhender et à mesurer.
