Abstract

La problématique énergétique bretonne est marquée par un rapport production / consommation très défavorable dans la mesure où la région ne produit environ que 10% de sa consommation. Parmi ses 10% il faut compter près de 90% de renouvelables. S'ajoute à cette donnée celle de l'accroissement des consommations entre 2004 et 2011, supérieure à la moyenne nationale...
