Abstract

La qualification juridique des crypto-actifs par le recours au Code Napoléonien par les juges commerciaux parisiens interroge sur la propriété des actifs numériques issus d'un fork et plus largement sur les distinctions que l'on peut effectuer entre une monnaie ayant cours légal et une "cryptomonnaie".
