Abstract

Le groupe de travail "recherche sur les politiques et les stratégies alimentaires" du Ministère de la Recherche et de 1a Technologie (ex. MIR) s'est donné pour objectif de mettre sur pied un projet d'organisation du secteur de recherches sur le système alimentaire mondial. Pour ce faire, il a souhaité connaître l'organisation de ce secteur dans quelques pays étrangers. Ainsi l'objet de cette mission était donc de faire le point sur l'organisation de la recherche britannique dans ce domaine. Elle s'est effectuée du 2 au 12 juillet 1984, et a été financée par la SEDES.
