Abstract

La recherche apporte des enseignements sur certains aspects importants de la conduite du développernent des petites régions et ce document apporte sommairement des réponses aux questions suivantes : Quelles sont les conditions requises pour déclencher et conduire de telles actions avec des chances de réussite ? Comment se déroulent ces actions de développement et quelles précautions impliquent-elles aux divers stades de leur déroulement ? Comment les institutions peuvent-elles se situer dans ces actions et en quoi s'en trouvent-elles modifiées ?
