Abstract

Ce document a pour but d'aider la population saint-gilloise à faire le point après une année d'essai d'une forme de démocratie et de développment, fondée sur l'animation globale et la participation intense de la population. Le document voudrait avant tout susciter des échanges d'initiatives, de réflexions, de questions entre des équipes engagées dans une semblable aventure. Sont présentés : la situation de Saint-Gilles et le diagnostic porté par ses responsables, la démarche engagée depuis un an et les grands axes de développement et d'action.
