Abstract

Peu de chefs d'exploitation quittent l'agriculture pour prendre un emploi dons les industries et les services, et cette inertie explique pour une grande part la lenteur de l'évolution du secteur agricole. Quand des mutations professionnelles de chefs d'exploitation se produisent, quels en sont les facteurs explicatifs et les effets à court terme à la fois pour les individus concernés et pour l'agriculture ? Ceci est en cours d'étude pour un groupe d'exploitants mutants : ceux qui en Bretagne ont sollicité entre 1964 el 1967 l'aide à la formation de conversion attribuée ou titre du F .A.S .A .S .A. L'enquête par interviews a d'abord été réalisée dons le Finistère en décembre 1968.
