Abstract

Les cadres et les managers de l'an 2000 vivront dans un environnement économique, technique et humain profondément différent de celui-que nous connaissons aujourd'hui. Après avoir planté succinctement ce décor, il nous faudra préciser l'évolution probable des tendances parfois contradictoires qui caractériseront le monde du travail à la fin de ce siècle. La large incertitude pesant sur les nouvelles tendances d'organisation et de comportement qui pourraient émerger à l'issue de ces conflits, nous conduit à envisager des scénarios alternatifs pour le cadre et le manager de demain.
