Abstract

Ce fascicule vise à fournir des éléments d'appréciation sur les systèmes successifs de production agricole en Bretagne, c'est-à-dire sur les changements qui se sont opérés dans la nature et l'étendue des cultures, les types d'assolement, les caractéristiques des productions animales, les combinaisons entre l'élevage et les spéculations végétales.
