Abstract

La présente étude passe en revue et soumet à une analyse critique des ouvrages et documents portant sur les transferts de technologie Est-Ouest. Elle ne constitue pas une recherche originale mais, semble-t-il, la première tentative de traitement de l'ensemble des problèmes soulevés par les transferts de technologie dans le contexte des relations économiques Est-Ouest. Elle a essentiellement pour objet d'analyser l'ensemble du problème des transferts de technologie Est-Ouest, d'évaluer le niveau actuel de la connaissance que l'Ouest a de ces transferts et, par là même, d'identifier — ne serait-ce qu'implicitement — les domaines dans lesquels de nouvelles recherches s'imposeraient.
