Abstract

Ce rapport entend proposer au débat public une réflexion plurielle et ouverte sur cette nouvelle politique publique qu'est l'égalité des territoires. Conçu comme un ouvrage collectif, il réunit une trentaine d'experts de haut niveau - de divers horizons professionnels (universités, grandes écoles, administrations nationales et locales, cabinets-conseils, institutions internationales, ONG) et disciplinaires : géographes, économistes, urbanistes, sociologues, climatologues... Il associe également à la réflexion commune les acteurs du territoire déjà fort impliqués. Nourri de ces travaux pluridisciplinaires, voici un document qui s'ouvre sur des perspectives engageantes.
