Abstract

La planification stratégique continue d'être utilisée au sein des entreprises. Les nouvelles formes d'utilisation et leur raison d'être. Après avoir passé en revue les grands facteurs qui paraissent expliquer l'usure du plan stratégique sous sa forme traditionnelle description de l'avenir de la planification stratégique à travers les indices fournis par l'observation empirique. Les organisations manifestent à l'égard de l'outil traditionnel un très fort attachement tout en "légalisant" de plus en plus d'autres circuits de prise de décision stratégique. Cadre interprétatif à ces deux tendances contradictoires.
