Abstract

L'organisation des rapports sociaux dans l'entreprise et sa prise en compte par les entreprises dans les décisions de délocalisation ou d'externalisation. Les principales fonctions de représentation du personnel dans différents pays. Les informations en ce qui concerne la France, l'Italie, la Grande-Bretagne, l'Allemagne, l'Espagne, le Portugal et la Suède. L'analyse des questions liées notamment au rôle des acteurs syndicaux dans ces pays permettra d'intégrer dans la décision de management ces éléments fondamentaux de l'équilibre économique d'une décision de délocalisation ou d'externalisation.
