Abstract

La décennie 90 a été la décennie reine de la référence à la valeur financière, mais à la fois en dualité et en complément sans doute, se sont développés les thèmes du développement durable et de la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise, les trois éléments (éthique des affaires, développement durable et responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise) se situant en quelque sorte en filiation discursive alors que leur fondement théorique est différent. Ces thèmes ont été reliés par référence à des instruments identiques : codes d'éthique et chartes de valeurs, les politiques de développement durable et de responsabilité sociale, labels et certifications « éthiques », instruments de gestion environnementale « responsable », stakeholder's report, etc.
