Abstract

Les arguments de ce texte seront les suivants : - un essai de définition de la nature d'une organizational critic, - une rapide analyse du relativisme culturel afin de rappeler les jalons de la compréhension d'une œuvre archétypique d'une culture nationale dans ses aspects universels, - une approche des trois dimensions mises en avant ici, celles de figure, de personnage et de portrait, - les caractéristiques communes à Cyrano et au leader, - une conclusion sur Cyrano, le leader et la prudence aristotélicienne.
