Abstract

Constatant les profondes inégalités qui règnent dans l'accès des femmes aux fonctions d'encadrement et de responsabilité dans les fonctions publiques, le ministre de la fonction publique a créé le Comité de pilotage pour l'égal accès des femmes et des hommes aux emplois supérieurs des fonctions publics qui a rendu en juin 2003 son deuxième rapport.
