Abstract

L'année 2008 verra plusieurs rendez-vous importants quant à l’avenir des retraites. Les décisions prises seront cruciales pour la mise en oeuvre de la réforme de 2003. La France adoptera-t-elle une solution de consensus social ou restera-t-elle sur une stratégie choisie par le seul gouvernement, sans réelle implication des partenaires sociaux ? Cinq points devront être clarifiés : — L’allongement de la durée de cotisation requise de 40 à 41 ans doit être décidé en 2008 pour être appliqué de 2009 à 2012 au rythme d’un trimestre par an. Le gouvernement peut décider de repousser cette période. La loi prévoit aussi que soit revu le dispositif de retraites anticipées. Quel est le bilan des politiques visant à prolonger la durée d’activité des seniors ? (...).
