Abstract

La mondialisation a pris un tournant inédit depuis les années 1990 du fait de l'intensification massive du phénomène de fragmentation internationale des processus de production. Cette transformation est caractérisée par une croissance sans précédent des flux de commerce de biens intermédiaires, de pièces et composants, de services, et surtout par une réorientation massive de ces flux devenus majoritairement des flux Nord-Sud alors qu'ils étaient pour l'essentiel des flux Nord-Nord jusque dans les années 1980.
