Abstract

Bien des observateurs ont remarqué ces dernières années la mise en oeuvre par des groupes militants, tels que le Front islamique du Salut ou les milices libanaises, d'un travail social qui, par son caractère systématique et coordonné, pouvait s'analyser comme une "stratégie de la bienfaisance". Cette formule, dans une définition générale, désignerait l'aide sociale apportée à des populations rencontrant des difficultés matérielles ou morales par des mouvements à l'idéologie affirmée....
