Abstract

Les participants au colloque qui s'est tenu les 15 et 16 octobre 2015 à Paris au CERI - Sciences po ont cherché à mettre en lumière les types de pauvreté énergétique qui affectent de vastes populations en Europe et en Asie. La comparaison a mis en évidence d'un côté les questions cruciales concernant les outils de mesure du phénomène de précarité énergétique, le profil des populations concernés et les clivages urbain/rural ; de l'autre, le rôle des politiques publiques et la diversité des dispositifs pour combattre ce manque d'accès ; enfin, les dynamiques territoriales et l'accroissement des polarisations dans les deux aires régionales considérées.
