Abstract

Les débats autour de la réforme annoncée du système de retraite ne pourront ignorer la question des droits familiaux et conjugaux. Ils sont d'une importance cruciale afin d'améliore la réduction des inégalités de pension entre hommes et femmes, les dispositifs actuels étant inadéquats à bien des égards. Les rapports du Conseil d'orientation des retraites et dernièrement le rapport Moreau suggèrent tous "une remise à plat" de ces dispositifs. Pour contribuer utilement au débat, l'Institut des politiques publiques a analysé plusieurs scénarios de réforme, chiffrant leur coût budgétaire, leur impact redistributif et leur capacité à réduire les inégalités de pension entre hommes et femmes.
