Abstract

Creativity is an interactive process between the individual and his environment. As such, it can only be under-stood within the social, cultural, historical, and organizational context in which it occurs. It is hindered or facilitated by others and by the collective: it is essentially a process of co-creation. The article proposes a systemic presentation of this process, under both contributions of neurosciences and the experience of organizational consulting. The modeling of the co-creative process within an organization emphasizes the importance of the "climate" that favors it, and consequently the role of the leadership that can establish this climate to foster a culture of innovation.
