Abstract

La mutualisation est une forme de coopération par laquelle des États partagent des moyens militaires, des équipements ou des services. Dans un contexte de contrainte budgétaire, les mutualisations déjà existantes sont probablement appelées à se renforcer sous la tutelle des agences internationales et européennes. À plus long terme, la mutualisation pourrait évoluer vers le renforcement de relations de dépendance mutuelle entre pays.
