La rémunération des militaires de la gendarmerie en 2020

Abstract

En 2020, un militaire de la gendarmerie, hors élèves, volontaires et réservistes, perçoit en moyenne 2 838 euros nets par mois en équivalent temps plein. En euros constants, sur l'ensemble de cette population, la solde nette moyenne augmente de +3,1 % en 2020. Pour les gendarmes présents toute l'année en 2019 et en 2020, la solde nette moyenne augmente de +5,4 % en euros constants. Cette hausse s'explique par les revalorisations de grilles indiciaires dans le cadre du protocole « Parcours Professionnels, Carrières et Rémunérations » (PPCR), la revalorisation de certaines primes (ISSP, allocation de mission judiciaire) et l'instauration de la prime exceptionnelle dite « Prime Covid19 ». Les disparités de soldes nettes restent stables chez les sous-officiers, mais se réduisent chez les officiers, notamment du fait d'une revalorisation des grilles indiciaires des officiers subalternes au 1er janvier 2020.
