Abstract

Plus de huit salariés sur dix mobilisent les technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) dans leur travail, mais à des degrés divers et selon des profils d'utilisateurs différents. Les plus connectés accèdent davantage à la formation organisée et bénéficient également de l'effet stimulateur des TIC sur les apprentissages informels. Repérer l'influence des TIC sur les différentes manières d'apprendre au travail est ainsi une des façons possibles d'anticiper la transition numérique.
