Abstract

The subject of socialization and intergenerational influences in the transmission of cultural consumption practices - chosen for this special issue of IJAM - calls for a series of works whose epistemological and conceptual foundations are often contrasted. As guest editors of this issue of IJAM, our main objective was therefore to select and propose articles whose theoretical and methodological positions vary, complement one another or sometimes even oppose each other, with the aim of editing a set of contributions that lead to relevant research avenues in this domain.
