Abstract

Asociación para una política socioeconómica del empleo decente El modelo soioeconómico es la única teoría de gestión apoyada por la OIT (Ginebra, 2000, 2008), ésta fue publicada en inglés, francés y español y destinada a los dirigentes y mandos de pequeñas y medianas empresas La OIT se interesa por los trabajos del ISEOR debido a que abordan problemáticas universales referentes a las normas sociales, especialmente: la formación, el empleo, las cualificaciones, el analfabetismo, la discriminación, la expresión del personal, la salud y la seguridad en el trabajo, las condiciones de trabajo, las remuneraciones, el poder adquisitivo... Esta publicación " Mejorar los desempeños ocultos de la empresas a través de una gestión socioeconómica " aporta pruebas sobre el hecho que el vínculo entre desempeño social y desempeño económico es determinante para el desempeño a largo plazo de las empresas y organizaciones. Los métodos del ISEOR ponen en evidencia las consecuencias de la falta de desempeño social aportando al mismo tiempo importantes aumentos de productividad. Tratándose de un componente esencial de la competitividad, es éste un aspecto de creciente importancia en el cual las organizaciones patronales tienen que desempeñar un papel activo.
