Abstract

Les politiques publiques relatives au handicap ont intégré le « droit à la compensation » pour les personnes ayant des besoins spécifiques. Nous questionnons ici les usages de la Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé (RQTH), et plus précisément son dévoilement au cours des premières recherches d'emploi chez les ancien·ne·s étudiant·e·s handicapé·e·s. À partir de la réanalyse d'un corpus de récits d'insertion, nous observons deux groupes qui vont dévoiler différemment leur RQTH (affichage sur le CV versus au cours de l'entretien). La visibilité ou non de leur handicap semble prédéterminer ces façons de faire.
