Abstract

La responsabilité vis-à-vis de l'environnement et de la société ne se limite plus à envisager la seule action des firmes internationales. Tous les acteurs (citoyens, associations de consommateurs, ONG, PME, gouvernements, collectivités territoriales, syndicats, organismes internationaux, etc.) sont aujourd'hui amenés à s'exprimer sur le plan social et environnemental, à s'engager et à agir en conséquence. Voici une vue d'ensemble de la responsabilité sociale des acteurs qui favorisent l'émergence de nouvelles régulations.
