Abstract

L'objectif du papier est d'analyser les aspects macro et micro-économiques des rapports entre politiques sectorielles et usage de la formation initiale. Nous montrerons ainsi que, d'une part, l'intensité différente avec laquelle les secteurs font appel aux divers niveaux de formation initiale est en relation avec leur évolution économique et que, d'autre part, pour un même niveau de formation, les différentes politiques de gestion de la main-d'oeuvre selon les secteurs induisent des trajectoires individuelles différentes.
