Abstract

La crise sanitaire de la Covid-19 rappelle les enjeux de l'action publique pour les diverses composantes de notre société. Le pilotage de la crise par ces organisations constitue une opportunité pour revisiter la notion de performance publique. Cette recherche étudie l'évolution des représentations des managers publics sur l'évaluation de la performance de leurs activités. Elle souligne que si la crise déstabilise les fondements conceptuels de la performance publique elle favorise aussi une nouvelle appréhension par les managers de cette notion.
