Abstract

Face à la chute brutale du PIB, tous les pays mettent en œuvre des plans de relance. Leur nécessité s'impose face à la fragilité de la reprise. La demande privée étant durablement déprimée par la pandémie, la demande publique doit prendre le relais, « quoi qu'il en coûte » pour les finances publiques. Quelle sera la place des transports dans cette nouvelle donne économique et financière ?
