Abstract

Les promesses de la mobilité partagée ne sont pas tou¬jours tenues et de nombreuses questions subsistent sur l'intérêt collectif des nouveaux services de mobilité et donc, sur les missions des autorités organisatrices de la mobilité (AOM). Les substituer aux autorités organisa¬trices de transport, comme le veut la loi d'orientation des mobilités ne va pas de soi.
