Abstract

Dans le numéro 518 de cette revue, Laurent Probst, directeur d'Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) lançait un avertissement : « Si l'État ne réussit pas à financer sa quote-part de 400 M€ par an, des chantiers vont devoir s'arrêter. » Un an plus tard, IDFM chiffre à 2 Md€ par an le manque de recettes de fonctionnement à l'horizon 2030. Le gonflement de l'impasse financière est lié à la crise sanitaire et économique, mais pas principalement. Il est surtout le prix à payer pour les ambitions de la région et de l'État pour les transports collectifs (TC) d'Île-de-France (IDF).
