Abstract

La Réforme du Franc CFA: retour sur les Fondements de l'Eco, la Conférence de presse par Emmanuel Macron et Alassane Ouattara le 21 décembre 2019; la réunion des chefs d'État de la CEDEAO le 19 février 2020. Pourquoi réformer le Franc CFA d'Afrique centrale: l'accélération du calendrier de la réforme avec l'annonce de la suspension de la garantie de la France à la convertibilité du FCFA; les modalités de la création de la nouvelle unité monétaire; la spécificité de la politique monétaire dans l'espace Zone Franc.
