Abstract

In Frankreich hat der veterinärmedizinische Beruf Parität erreicht. Gewisse Tätigkeitsbereiche sind jedoch bei den Frauen oder den Männern beliebter. Daher ist es unser Ziel zu untersuchen, wie die Studierenden das Arbeiten mit Nutztieren wahrnehmen und ob diese mit ihren Vorstellungen, Kompetenzen und persönlichen Lebensentwürfen vereinabr sind. Die Ergebnisse einer qualitativen Umfrage unterstreichen die Hindernisse und Hürden, vor denen die Frauen stehen, wenn sie auf dem Fachgebiet der Viehzucht als freiberufliche Teilhaberinnen tätig werden.
