Abstract

De cette note de lecture, il ressort que l'ouvrage écrit par Nicolas Piluso est structuré autour d'un double pari : – fournir, d'une part, les connaissances de base (tant conceptuelles et théoriques qu'historiques) sur la monnaie et les phénomènes monétaires de façon introductive très synthétique et accessible à tout public universitaire du premier cycle qui suit des formations en lien avec l'économie et – présenter d'autre part de façon aussi exhaustive que possible l'ensemble des approches sur la monnaie qui constituent les fondements des analyses et débats monétaires sur le capitalisme contemporain.
