Abstract

The purpose of the study is to understand the notion of sustainable value according to the perceptions and practices of stakeholders in a context BtoB. A research-intervention is conducted over 2 years in a French company in the energy sector, which aims to innovatively transforming its current purchasing process of safety clothing for its employees. Data are dense and varied and the analysis is based on rich and complementary protocol and tools. The results confirm the existence of the characteristics of sustainable value identified in the literature and highlight elements both on its structure and the process of appropriation of this new form of sustainable value.
