Transformer la Silver économie en Gold économie

Abstract

La Silver économie est une économie produite par la réponse apportée aux besoins des personnes âgées. De fait, elle bénéficie d'une très large transversalité. Mais bien que solide dans ses fondations démographiques, elle peinerait à se développer en France. L'objet de cet ouvrage a été de comprendre les conditions vitales de développement des économies transversales, à l'image de la Silver économie. Son objectif a été d'identifier les goulets d'étranglement et points de blocage au plein et rapide développement du marché des séniors français. Ces travaux livrent 47 points d'entrave et les résolvent. Ils proposent une grille d'évaluation de l'action publique comprenant 65 critères. Cette recherche, effectuée sur 5 années, a parcouru 17 pays. Les résultats de ces travaux sont issus de la première thèse de doctorat en Sciences économiques sur le sujet de la Silver économie en France. Cette thèse a été soutenue en juin 2020.
