L'achat transport : d'un marketing inversé à une stratégie logistique ?

Abstract

Dans de nombreuses entreprises manufacturières, la gestion des transports relève encore d'une logique de marketing achat. Il en résulte un ensemble de dysfonctionnements dont l'article souhaite préciser la teneur à partir d'un cas réel issu du secteur textile français. La conclusion de l'auteur est que seule une stratégie logistique, prenant en charge l'achat transport, est apte à améliorer de manière significative les performances industrielles en termes de ponctualité et de délai.
