Abstract

L'innovation technologique est reconnue comme l'un des atouts majeurs de la compétitivité des entreprises. La qualité de la conduite de l'innovation revêt ainsi une importance primordiale pour ces entreprises, afin qu'elles retirent le bénéfice des investissements réalisés dans cette voie. De nouvelles théories relatives à la diffusion des innovations soulignent que, pour atteindre ce résultat, il est pertinent que l'innovateur réalise une sorte de co-construction avec différents acteurs du marché. Le cas du lancement de ASB° par SNR Roulements illustre l'avantage obtenu par le remplacement d'une stratégie classique de lancement d'un produit nouveau par une stratégie de concertation fondée sur l'établissement d'un standard professionnel compatible.
