Abstract

Cet article examine comment les connaissances de communautés en ligne peuvent être utilisées pour le développement de nouveaux produits. Il présente trois méthodes différentes, employées pour coopérer virtuellement avec des communautés en ligne, à savoir la netnographie, l'innovation basée sur la communauté (« Community Based Innovation »), et la communauté d'innovation (« Innovation Community »). Il montre leur applicabilité pour le développement de nouveaux produits et services à l'aide de différentes études de cas. La sélection de la méthode la plus appropriée dépend du but de la collaboration ainsi que de la propension des membres de ces communautés à coopérer avec des entreprises. Ces trois méthodes demandent des investissements et capacités spécifiques qui seront discutés dans cet article.
