Abstract

«Le sage est celui qui s'étonne de tout », disait André Gide. Il peut paraître surprenant de mettre ici en exergue une citation de jeunesse de ce célèbre écrivain, à notre avis tout à fait pertinente.Celui qui s'étonne de tout,dans sa vie et dans son entreprise est un individu curieux « possédant une aptitude intacte à l'émerveillement, qualité pas très répandue mais recommandée au plus haut point pour arriver à l'esprit créatif visant à l'innovation permanente ». Dans cet article,nous allons montrer l'articulation entre la curiosité et l'innovation dans le cadre de la stratégie marketing d'une PME suisse.
