Abstract

Le lobbying, stratégie d'influence du pouvoir politique, exécutif ou législatif s'est développé récemment en France. Cet article essaie de dresser un état des lieux sur cette technique en s'interrogeant sur les objectifs qu'elle poursuit, sur les cibles qu'elle cherche à toucher et sur les moyens plus ou moins spécifiques qu'elle met en œuvre. Enfin, les questions éthiques liées à la pratique du lobbying sont abordées.
