Manager l’innovation dans un grand groupe par l’auto-évaluation des centres de profits

Abstract

Le présent document illustre l'importance de la fertilisation croisée entre les différentes filiales d'un groupe et pour cela propose une méthode et un outil d'auto-évaluation des pratiques d'innovation des centres de profit. Ils ont été élaborés dans le cadre d'une recherche intervention au sein d'un très grand groupe de services B to B, Suez. L'outil a été déployé auprès de 35 centres de profits de ce groupe, situés en France, Belgique et au Royaume-Uni, par des collaborateurs de centres de profit différents. Conçu en six parties, il a pour objectif, en plus de la fertilisation croisée, d'induire auprès des dirigeants des pratiques plus structurées et formalisées de management des projets et d'évaluation de la création de valeur des innovations et un management humain encourageant l'initiative. L'outil a rencontré une grande satisfaction tant des dirigeants qui l'ont utilisé que des collaborateurs qui les ont interrogés, tous impliqués dans des activités innovantes. Un tel outil peut être adapté à l'organisation et à la culture d'autres entreprises et utilisé de façon récurrente afin de favoriser les progrès.
