Abstract

L'objet de cette interview est de mieux comprendre les mécanismes et difficultés inhérentes à la construction et au maintien de communautés de pratiques en B to B, dans un contexte européen. Valérie Gibert, à l'époque Knowledge Manager chez Axima Réfrigération (Groupe Suez) illustre, dans ses propos, la manière dont l'entreprise produit et diffuse une connaissance commune des marchés et des clients, fondée sur l'implication du personnel participant à des groupes de travail. Leurs compétences et expertises sont ainsi mises à profit et contribuent à alimenter la veille. Ces démarches participatives s'appuient sur des échanges interpersonnels et sociaux, qui valorisent des processus oratoires et collectifs. Valérie Gibert insiste sur les réels gains de performance sans pour autant nier les difficultés de maintien des communautés.
